I have an ipaq rx5935 running WM5. I purchsed Doitech's mobile quickbooks on 27/03/07 after reading about it in adverts and then on their website. They advertise that they support pocketPC and WM5 platforms, so I presumed I would have no problems running this software on my ipaq. After purchase I recieved an email with a link to a download. I downloaded the program but there were only 2 choices of installation, pocketPC 2002 or pocket PC 2003. I looked for mentions of other versions of the software on the Doitech website without any joy. I then looked to contact Doitech, they do list an email address but they say for a quick responce you should post a message on their forum. I posted a message on their forum and sent an email as well for good measure. My post on the forum dissapeared without any replies after about a week. I posted a 2nd, which is still there to date, but still no replies, I haven't recieved a reply to my email either and today it's the 19/04/07. I've noticed after reading other posts on the forums that I'm not the only one having trouble contacting this company. I think my next step is to contact my visa card company to ask that they seek a refund for me as the goods sold are not fit for purpose. I would not recommend anyone to use Doitech! Jason Halifax, UK
